Colours Amongst Shadow is a dramatic short film that focuses on a young man suffering from the effects of isolation and homelessness. Wyatt uses his passions to try to cope and escape, albeit temporarily, and his art and anxiety is depicted by a mixture of animation and live action.
The team, Hungry Seagull Productions, is a group of Film and Animation students from the Southern Institute of Technology, in Invercargill New Zealand. Colours Amongst Shadow is the product of working on final year group film paper, along with the help of friends and volunteers passionate about film and animation
